Merissa is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist from the California College of Ayurveda.
Ayurveda is the oldest medical system on Earth, with 5,000 years of empirical evidence behind its holistic philosophy. This is a five thousand year-old science of life from ancient India/Tibet which helps each individual systemize wholistic health physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Each of us has a unique combination of biochemistry which presents in ratios of the elements of all matter or creation. By taking a detailed look at your digestion, lifestyle habits, energy levels, diet and more we are able to create a custom holistic care plan to bring you into balance from the physical to energetic levels.
These sessions are great for those looking for personalized solutions to heal or enhance digestion, find a healthy diet program suited to their body and biochemistry, stress or pain management, consult support for a detox, ease symptoms of various illnesses, find a better work/life balance, learn powerful self-care practices, or to know more about themselves at al elemental level for optimum mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.
This booking covers the initial consultation and the review of findings where Merissa will go over all the information with you, discuss the causes of imbalance and provide creative holistic solutions to implement right away.
In the initial consultation Merissa will review your paperwork with you to help determine your Dosha, or unique Ayurvedic constitution or biochemistry. This is assessed through your physiology, psychology, lifestyle habits, health patterns, digestive system and more. The initial consultation is 2.5 hrs to review all the paperwork together, go over the review of findings and give several customized Ayurvedic suggestions for you to implement to achieve your desired results for balance.
Schedule a weekly follow up 1 hr appointment to review how well these worked for you, what challenges, discoveries or questions have come up in that time and give suggestions for the next week.
If you wish to continue weekly sessions going forward are $185 for 1 hr. We offer package discounts as well for $150 an hour for packages of 6 weeks, or 6 weekly sessions to collaborate, keep monitoring the results and make necessary adjustments.
Results come with time, so it is suggested you try this for 6 weeks to see the shifts in your body, energy, mind, emotions and soul.
