Soular Rishi have been coming through now every major solar activation (aka flare, CME, geomagnetic storm etc) since the June eclipse this year. I have seen them as a council of 6 to 12 solar plasma beings which look like silhouettes of Shiva. They are relative in mission and energy signature to the Kin Ahau, the beings of Mayan cosmology who live in the 5d sun center to support the ascension of consciousness here on Gaia. They may even be the same culture, this is just how they presented to my consciousness when I was laying in the sun at the pool trying to alleviate the immense pain in my spine, bones, behind my eyes/sinus and molars with the warmth of the sun during the intense solar activity of the eclipse in June, 2021. The presented as silhouettes against a blazing golden solar plasma of the sun and have a generous, loving and supportive energy of lion heart courage, the pure joy of Christ consciousness.

A breathwork/pranic energy exercise

A breathwork/pranic energy exercise of laying on my stomach so the sun could go into my spine, with my knees bent and soles of feet (souls) facing the sun. They instructed me to imagine immense columns of gold white light going into the center of my feet and through my legs and throughout my entire body. They showed me to breathe this in on an inhale and circulate it through my entire body, organs etc on an exhale. Do it as many times as needed until relief is felt at some level, even if only mental peace.

This is a chemical response of the death hormones leaching out of the 3rd eye, corpus callosum and hypothalamus. See it and let it leave you in stages as it arises. When our physical body is pelted with radiation from the sun during these spaceweather events and is in pain/aches/discomfort/heart pain/lethargy/headaches and more, when our mental and emotional bodies are processing loads of information downloads (think like the movie Lucy, seeing it all from “beginning” in fast forward to the now and beyond) ALL of this from within us as more intense quotients of light come in, our physical body/animal consciousness struggles to integrate/deal/process and not be immensely triggered by this.

Being the Bridge, walking the Bridge or allowing for the Bridge to show up has been a recurrent code theme for years. This time they hit so to speak on a whole new tangible level deep in my cells. I see the Bridge on a multi-dimensional level here from crossing a bridge over a river here in the physical, to crossing into another dimension of being or a new life through our heartmind link, also the bundling of our DNA ladders and spirals into more expansive and refined form as connections are bridged holographically within/ through the entire body. Meaning that to truly understand something fully we have to embody it, which is synthesizing information through the body, mind and emotions. This is another way of Bridging whole new levels of being from the former to the present or more true. This is the ability to feel/digest/see/make connections on every level of being from emotions, mind or thoughts, physical sensations, breath, energy currents within.

This week the bridge codes started the night before I left Olympia for Mount Shasta. First the heart bridge, the heart chakra, anahata (meaning unstruck, a coded invitation to be here Now in pure, unconditional love free from bitterness or pain of past, innocent and fresh like a newly arrived BEing) came through a beautiful olivine andara. I have had this green crystalline heart bridge andara for nearly 4 years and it has never called, never asked to participate in any gridwork nature expeditions. Until now it hung out on the window sill, keeping quietly to itself and disinterested in merging with the other andara teams. I was beginning to think it was a little frumpster and wondering if it wanted to work with another, and would always get a “no, not time yet” from it when I asked. This being is a little like Yoda in that it is an ancient soul that can be a little short spoken 😛

On Thursday August 25th this andara bridge I’ve had for years finally declared “it’s time to come online.” I sat in front of the andara teams like I always do the night or morning before a grid trip and asked “Ok, who is coming with to Mount Shasta?!” The green andara bridge was the FIRST to respond, loudly, and begin transmitting what I shared above about an entirely new and higher level of heart-centered living with the heart as the bridge to heaven on earth for all people. Showing me how each person is a portal to New Earth or the Golden Age through their on heart chakra and how committing to living from that Pure space was the key to Be the Bridge, Walk over many Bridges, and to continually cross-connect the neurons with our multidimensional field grids as we expand our consciousness. The emphasis was that each and every person is a Bridge, has the capacity already should they choose to activate it. This is very important to put out there, guidance stressed to me.

Then the Dragon team, newly formed for this venture specifically, came forth. This andara team consists of an Elemental Gaia Guardian Dragon, a Sky/Cloud Dragon, a Seafoam SeaDragon and a cosmic Celestial Sophia Christ Dragon. Together they bridge the nature elementals here on Gaia to merge with the cosmos, avatars and galactic lineages.

So I brought all these beautiful friends for gridwork and elemental global bridging with me to Mount Shasta, with these bridge codes in mind. They directed me to go to Faery Falls and that is where these photos are from. Each of the andaras requested to be refreshed and re-grid with new frequency bands of light in the waters of the waterfall.

 

After this adventure I was guided to go back to Shasta City park to visit the headwaters. To my total delight and joy there was a Native American man playing his drum right at the Headwaters main fall and singing beautiful prayer songs. Whole families, young children, hippies, transients, tourists and all types of folks were here watching and just BEing together for this moment. It was very deep and I had to focus to hold it together and not bawl in front of all these people. He blessed the water, anointed himself, offered tobacco. A very sacred moment in time which I am so grateful to have been present for!

He shared later that they are Lakota, Witchita songs and also some of the songs which were sung at Standing Rock. VERY powerful and emotional bridging moment for me. Here I received the innerstanding of a whole new level of the water in our bodies and how these codes within are carried and transmitted everywhere we go.  Once he completed his blessing ceremony I was guided to leave the crowded Headwaters spot to wander.

I stumbled across a bridge in the park, which lead to more bridges!

 

This is the message I received: “Each of us is the Bridge to Heaven on Earth. We bring it through our open hearts and access this midwifery process of creatively innovating new ways, systems etc through consistent, heart centered living. The heart is the Bridge and the Path, the key to unlock this every time the gate closes is love, compassion, pure presence. Bhakti yoga if you will, Christed consciousness, Buddha mind. So many names for unity.

See that there are many styles of bridge, some ornate and others simple. Regardless, they function as the Bridge. Reserve judgement on hows, shoulds, expectations, being too literal, etc. The Bridge can also be symbolic of our lightbody connecting more to our nervous system/nature/various Terran and galactic grid systems and more. The Bridge is also the wiring links in our brain/nervous system, feeling more neurons connect as the light and gnosis build connections, the Vagus Nerve, transcending the limbic brain to bridge into higher consciousness, the golden bridge which is the Corpus Collosum which is the unification of both hemispheres of our brain to then work in our higher mind/ and so many physiological shifts on the ascension journey. And so it goes on and on.

Just be the Bridge, naturally.” 💚🏞🌉

Wow!

Being on the road and gridworking has shifted quite a bit for me lately. These last few months have been a non stop adventure as we traveled to sacred sites like Joshua Tree, Sedona and Mount Shasta, before then driving through three states consecutively as part of our relocation. The call to action as a gatekeeper and gridworker has been immense as we were called to re-visit sacred sites and portals to re-establish a whole new current of frequency band down and through. I was guided to connect from the inside out at these places to re-code and secure my territory so to speak. It is hard to convey in words as they are limiting or evoke different meanings for each of us but this is the best way for me to relay this. As a gridworker my assignment has spread to the entire West Coast, a few states inwards from there and up the Pacific Northwest to Canada border.

As IMMENSE amount of re-wiring has taken place as I have connected to Gaia from a new space within. Anchoring the Crystalline 5d and up New Earth codes through my body, heart, soul and mind to then carry these codes within myself and my DNA everywhere.

We have done ceremonial gridwork with Gaia, the crystalline grids and 5d plus dimensions as usual. But what is new is this impromptu internal gridwork to meet each experience too in the moment. This recent discovery shares the overlay of all the grids and how they intersect, and how our lightbodies/nervous systems play a part in this as well.  It is a whole new level of how all this energy and information is absorbed and how it effects every layer of our being.

The entire ether about is full of grids, from those of the planet, those of outer space planets/stars/asteroids/nebulae, the current electrical and internet grid systems, plus those of human consciousness, animal consciousness, and so forth. All of creation is interconnected in a giant web of various grids, of which are multitudes of frequency bands. This beautiful spider web globe I found in nature on a hike recently is a truly beautiful grid and provides a wonderful visual to start to get a mental picture of what the grids look like, how they bend and are a living consciousness of electrical pulses or waves of information.

For this piece of gridworking I AM sharing some interesting observations live from in the field so to speak as I experience these new awarenesses, learn new systems and can verbalize tips for adventuresome integration. Everything keeps shifting as I AM shifted/shifting. This is dense as I was guided to just blurt it out and leave it up to the individual to work with this as is appropriate. I have become increasingly aware of the need to completely feel into the grids of any space…

I have become increasingly aware of the need to completely feel into the grids of any space and not only that but observe how it is digested through every part of me: mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually is there a reaction etc. Our relationship with them is circumstantial, the intent is also circumstantial based upon what we are doing in the moment in relation to the grids wherever we are. Keep in mind that there are so many layers of grid! There are hundreds of heart streams of people in their own collective grid frequencies that you can feel through like a song in the air. High and low frequency emotions and consciousness.
Then there are the artificial grids created by the municipal systems for electricity, Wi-Fi, resources et cetera. Then there are those of the land itself in the modern age and those of the land itself in the ancient days, and then those of the grid itself in the higher dimensional access points of 5D and above crystalline New Earth layer templates.

I have found that being on the road in travel is a different experience than that of data day commute like travel or errands’s. We have a habitual groundwork laid within connecting our lightbody nervous system in our usual spaces already from routine.

It is also very different from re location.

For our relocation I have had to bring the entire grid system and all of its layers as mentioned in examples above through my body, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and psychically, elementally and so on.  Also observing how my biology and different strands of my DNA react if at all, to a space. In order to merge with a space and optimize our energy circuitry and alignment with the highest frequencies of any given space, we have to plug in to all the different layers and existence in all of the different dimensional or frequency bandwidths of energy stream. Let them run through us so that we can understand them from the inside out . This helps us to activate and adapt to our surroundings, it is light body technology. Then once we understand from the inside the space that we are in, the organisms with in it, and so much more, we can begin to bring in the balancing components necessary to optimize our existence in that space.

This has been my experience as a grid worker the last month. It has been very remarkable now to relocate and put in roots in a new place in this Now with all there is going on. Feeling the hesitancy of the roots to ground in until they have more of an inner knowing of the area, the culture, the land and all of the spirits and timelines and dimensions running through any given space or place.
In instances such as this you can see how the light body eventually connects in with the limbic system in an entirely new way. You can observe the mammalian or somatic response to stress, new stimulae or trauma in the moment, and also pinpoint the connections of relevancy for yourself, how it expresses through your emotions, words, thoughts et cetera.
From there for me personally it has been a lot of inner child work to affirm security and safety in a physical unknown.

Once in a state of inner quiet and receptivity, our guidance system or energy GPS will facilitate actions et cetera by guiding us in the moment to what is in alignment. You can also affirm this alignment and being led by your higher self on a daily basis, especially when on the road traveling adventuring gridworking or upon relocation. Every inch traveled Has some information.

Self-care is no longer optional. Stretching, yoga, quiet time, singing, dancing, nature time, hot baths or showers, skeltal shaking or qi gong are all incredibly helpful to move energy as it is a lot on a daily basis. Daily movement or mindful energy re-direction of some sort is super crucial each day to have a more comfortable experience mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Reiki, qi gong, decrees, sunbathing. SO many ways to keep moving the prana and aligning the field. It doesn’t matter how you do it, just that you listen and move it through. It is important to honor the entirety of our being to integrate and to honor our nervous system light body soul matrix system ALL the time. This level of self-care is not optional. The body is the  Ultimate live stream bio feedback instrument. It is highly refined and there is no time like the Now, an exciting time to begin to explore and innerstand whole new levels of our natural, inherent capabilities and function.

Happy gridworking and establishing profound, beautiful and soothing connections from the inside out. We are the ultimate broadband, linking it all up in unity through our consciousness and DNA. Kind of amazing to feel and consciously invite this experience to become more of a new normal.

Quantum Ancestral DNA Healing ~Clear distortions to unlock your divine sovereignty

Ancestral clearing is a foundational practice on our spiritual journey of self discovery. To go forward in life sometimes we have to go backwards through the generations, the cultures and lands to find what halts us or weighs us down. By exploring our roots and ancestral experiences we can surrender much of the battles within and become whole or integrated sovereign beings, experiencing a lasting sense of peace, happiness and fulfillment from life through the gifts of completion.

Why is ancestral clearing of our DNA lineage so important? For starters, this is the key to actualizing our higher purpose and realizing our inherent gifts and abilities. In order to understand who we truly are, why we are here, and how we are to enjoy a fulfilling journey on purpose, we have to first clear away what, who and how we are NOT.

Did you know that only 5% of our DNA is pre-scripted? Until we become aware of this, most of us are walking around with 95% of our genetic/consciousness potential lying dormant, and this 5% of unconscious genetic material controlling our life in a very predictable and often limited experience. The old term scientists used for this 95% of unused material was “junk DNA”. Now we know this is definitely not junk at all but a reserve, a storehouse of untapped potentials which we have to activate mindfully through integrative practices like ancestral healing. Now we call this uncoded DNA, which hints at the vast potential of this energy to transform our lives instead of denigrating it to being useless or insignificant. Quite the contrary!

Epigenetics is the ability we naturally have to embody heightened levels of experience beyond the limited scripts of the genetic material of our DNA. Many of us sense that there is more to life and we desire to know how to access this. We all have the opportunity to decide that 5% operating on an unconscious or subconscious level is not satisfying enough and to take action on this. This is our divine inheritance to evolve past or ascend our consciousness and health past the old limitations and stories which are recycled through the generations. Our DNA is our consciousness, and it is inextricably influenced by our environment, our food, our thoughts, beliefs, words and expectations. If we decide to use this 95% dormant potential to our advantage we can start to separate the culturally created beliefs (those of family, culture, home life, geographical location, systems we grew up in etc.) from our own soul based beliefs which we feel in the deep silence of our hearts. We can start to deprogram ourselves from these socially engrained beliefs to discover a vast wealth of knowledge and understanding from within, and so access our genius frequency. This is the power of epigenetics, to release the “known” which we do not really resonate with and discover the wealth of truths, abilities and joys from claiming our own understanding of life.

Ancestral clearing is a multi-dimensional shamanic practice of integration. Integration means we are sifting and sorting , or cataloging our experiences, ideas, opinions, emotions, traumas and so on, plus those of our heritage, to THEN begin to consciously choose for ourselves what health is, what happiness means, how fulfillment feels. This integration is a way to shine a light on all which lies within our minds and hearts to liberate ourselves from pain and limitation, where we review all the experiences, emotions and beliefs of our mother, father, their parents and so on to the very beginning of our existence. This is an intense practice whose commitment will permanently alter your DNA, your destiny, your self-realization and thus all aspects of your entire life going forward for the better because you will feel a radiant cellular level of stability and peace.

We have to polish the mirror in order to see with clarity, and ancestral healing is a great way to either start this process for yourself or to enhance where you already are. It helps to start with the immediate story/yourself now to then each generation at a time through your parental linages and keep expanding from there. This system of the spiritual journey is the process of unification, where we are harmonizing all the aspects of our DNA from the immediate now moment interaction of our self and the universal environment at large to include the following.

Generations past

Ancient history

Galactic history

Ancestral healing and clearing also involves taking into account the archetypal experiences we have all had or share from victim/victimizer, shame/regret/failure, internal battles/self-hatred. Something happens in the lineage, say a war for example, or the sacking of a town by another tribe or culture This grief can be passed down the generations in that 5% and manifest in modern day as depression, grief, self-loathing and various forms of cancer.

4. Integrate -Resolving ancestral duality from within

Releasing any tendencies for an internal battle between dark and light, male and female, various races, political parties, religions, ego or soul, unresolved emotions.

This inner harmony will radiate outwards, gifting unity consciousness and deep connection as the one human race here…

Since March 1st 2021 the Completion codes and Freedom codes have been coming in strong, like a Lion.
We integrate the inner-realizations of the Root & Sacral Chakra work of February with the Diamond and Ruby Ray upgrades/purification/release to trinitize this pure power and raise it into the Soular Plexus Chakra to master Divine Will.

The New Moon in Pisces on Saturday 3.13.21 is inviting us to survey the entire inner landscape (thoughts, beliefs, attachments, ideologies, emotions, trauma patterns, anything which holds us apart from true peace and happiness) and release all which stands in the way of our authenticity/destiny/sense of connection/empowerment/satisfaction or our next moves in life. For example, beliefs about unworthiness can block our success or creativity (also seeing the correlation here of the chakras, beliefs held in each, and why this purification process is so crucial at this time.) March 2021 Purification codes, Quan Yin & the Violet Flame, White cosmic dragon, dragon pearl

This is the beginning of a completely new cycle. The energies present really feel like the true new year of fresh potential and a lightness of being.
Today’s date adds up to 9 (3+1+2021=2025/ 2+2+5/9.
9 is the energy of greater cycles in the Mayan cosmology, inviting us to mindfully alternate our views between the immediate picture details of field mouse and the greater perspective of Hawk riding the currents in the sky, taking in the whole land/fields/timelines.
This is a powerful tool/how to which supports our ability to fully review the current cycles, wheels of time, life, goals, dreams, what no longer fits and so forth. Where are we, where have we come from, and where are we going.
We have the opportunity to create an entirely new reality through a new story, identity and presentation of energies with which to create from a pure space.
The violet flame is powerful for healing the body/mind and purifying all so we can then allow for a higher light quotient within our physical body.
QuanYin came through loud and clear with her White Cosmic Dragon ally/Dragon Pearls to invite us to take inventory of and then eat the pearls of our wisdom from experience.
The violet flame makes space by burning the old, then the pearl comes in as white light to fill up the spaces with more higher self soul connections. The image here is of soldering a new motherboard for our updated, upgraded operating system of consciousness. We have to ask for and use the tools to be a co-pilot with the universe on this one and all processes from now on. Ask, surrender and do that work.
The upgrades have already happened and will continue to happen naturally with these cosmic light influxes, so this process is about ensuring you are not bringing in old cords from stuff/stories/people/experiences you don’t even actually believe/connect with anymore.
Where do we want to go?
Use the purity of the pearl as a medicine to nourish the next chapter, to hold the vision and trust in the purification process. Use the violet flame to eradicate all threads of limitation, imprisonment, out of control, lack consciousness, anger, fear or other powerless energetics from your fields. These are all habits of separation which we can now say “no, thank you” to.
Invite in this holy fire to light you up from the inside out.
Together these energies work to support your purification of beingness at all levels so we can all live from zero point, a pure presence from our hearts that is so complete and potent, with a love so strong there is nothing covering our light up, and thus we arrive with nothing holding us back.

The pearls give us the knowingness of a deeper, infinite connection to the Divine, Source, God, Higher Power, Universe, Higher Self, whatever you resonate with.
We upgrade our old consciousness for associations with newer, simpler, more purified ones. In a new season and cycle we change our clothes to fit. This is that organic dynamic for your soul integration, to live truly on purpose.
In yoga we call this tapas, a process where a rag is cleansed with rigorous intensity. It brings pressure, burning and washing. This is what is happening for humanity now as we are invited to live from a pure space of integrated soul authenticity.
While this is an intense process, the divine mirrors and balances the more unpleasant experiences by simultaneously supplying truly delicious support through magical, miraculous people, circumstances, coincidences, nature, and so much more, so we can surf this. It’s up to us to be open and trust this in order to experience it.
